Biosoft was chosen as one of the winners on omics 2015 competition

Biosoft's project on development of prognostic biomarkers for colorectal cancer had got a second place on the omics 2015 competition and was awarded with a 5 000 000 rub. certificate from the Skolkovo Foundation.

cutPrimers – a new tool for accurate cutting of any number of primers from reads

A paper about our new tool – cutPrimers was published in Journal of Computational Biology. The tool allows to accurately cut primers from reads of targeted next generation sequencing without coverage reduction.

An article, showing the abilities of the developed by LLC "BIOSOFT.RU" workflow system "From genome to target" in application for lung cancer, was published in Virtual Biology journal: "Master-regulators driving resistance of non-small cell lung cancer cells to p53 reactivator Nutlin-3".

A publication about GTRD database
