In Nucleic Acids Research journal a new publication about the developed by LLC "BIOSOFT.RU" database on transcription factor binding sites has been published: "GTRD: a database of transcription factor binding sites identified by ChIP-seq experiments". The article explains main principles of GTRD database structure (http://gtrd.biouml.org) and shows basic principles of transcription factors binding sites identification by analysis of freely available ChIP-seq experimental data.
